One of the most effective tools is the For Sale sign in your yard, which will be supplied with a brochure box full of flyers featuring details and photos of your home. Additionally, today's buyer will most likely find your home on the Internet before even contacting a Realtor! Your home will be available on dozens of websites, including Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com and many others. My marketing plan includes a detailed list of regularly advertised media and websites. I also upload a multi-media enhanced visual tour of all of my listings to several sites including the MLS. Another important area in advertising is in newspapers and the Homes and Land magazine.
